About the lawyer

Hello! My name is Marina de Paula Scarso, I am a lawyer registered with the OAB/SP under number 461.321. I graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Franca and currently continue to improve my knowledge through specializations.

I have a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Process, and I am in the process of training in Conciliation and Conflict Mediation and Consumer Law.

Furthermore, I am an active member of the Young Advocacy Commission and the Animal Rights Commission of the 106th Judicial Subsection of the OAB of Santa Rita do Passa Quatro/SP. However, I am a registered lawyer registered with the Public Defender Agreement and the OAB/SP.
